Shooting for Success is an educational sports and entertainment workshop created by THREE K3YS Management and the Taj Gibson Foundation. Students are taught the art of discipline, character development, and leadership. This program is geared to motivate at-risk youth and deter them from crime. Led by renowned sports and entertainment figures that have cultivated success despite their past adversities. We lead by example!

SHOOTING FOR SUCCESS – We offer a comprehensive 8 week and 12 week program. We are happy to modify the program curriculum and schedule to accommodate your school’s requirements.

MIND – BODY CONNECTION. With both settings, we are able to strengthen and create a balance between the physical and mental game of life. Through physical drills and real life discussions, participants learn how to become disciplined and avoid common pitfalls that lead to self-destruction, while learning the game of basketball.

OPEN MINDS OPEN NEW DOORS. Our weekly lesson plans are intentionally created and developed to promote character development, self-discovery, discipline, community values, and leadership.

We have witnessed that students with a regular journaling routine gain the ability to practice gratitude, reflect, set goals, and expand their creativity. The power of a blank page expands their communication skills, self-awareness, and develops a healthy self-esteem.

THREE K3YS Management has an extensive network of companies that can offer internship opportunities to our program participants. Such internships can be arranged by our mentors after students graduate from the program. We stand by our statement – WE OPEN DOORS.
